Has anyone else been getting duplicate bank transactions again? My mobile app has been glitching. How do I resolve this?

Has anyone else been getting duplicate bank transactions again? My mobile app has been glitching. How do I resolve this?

Hello there, siriusbeautydogs. I'm here to assist you in excluding the duplicate bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Before we start, could you please provide the name of your bank? It will help us come up with a more tailored solution for you. 

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) only reflects the data shared by your financial institution. Please visit your bank's website to see if the same duplicated transactions appear. In the meantime, you can exclude the duplicates to keep your books accurate.

 

For Android, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Menu and click Accounting.
  2. Open Review transactions.
  3. Select the transactions to exclude.
  4. Click Exclude and then Confirm.

 

For iOS, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Menu  and click Accounting.
  2. Open Review transactions.
  3. Select the transactions to exclude, then tap the trash can icon.
  4. Click Exclude.
