Thanks for reaching out here. There are times when the connection between QuickBooks Online and your financial institution may not be available. If you've cleared cache on your browser and tried other browsers, with the same result, I recommend contacting us. Our Customer Care team will work with you directly to connect your bank to QuickBooks Online. They'll also be able to escalate the issue to our Development Team for further investigation, if necessary.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
