Below are the steps you can take to request support from your bank for connecting to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @eric148.
If you've tried connecting using different versions of your bank's name and have confirmed that the spelling and URL are correct, but still can't connect, it's because your bank doesn't support all account types (such as personal vs. business accounts). Follow these steps to request support from your bank:
1. Navigate to the Transactions. Then, select Bank transactions.
2. Click on Connect account.
3. Enter the name of your financial institution in the search box. Once QuickBooks can't find your bank, you'll see the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported providers".
4. Provide your Account provider name and Account provider sign-in URL, then click Request to send a connection request to your bank.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions to ensure that your financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
After uploading, QuickBooks will place these transactions in the For Review tab. Review and accurately categorize them to help prepare precise financial statements, which are essential for assessing your business's financial performance and position.
If you have any additional questions about integrating your bank with QBO, feel free to return to this thread and let us know. The Community is always here to assist with any queries related to QuickBooks. Stay safe.
You can use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's a $60 one time license.
