Reconciliation can be a laborious process but don't worry, you're good hands now. I'd be happy to guide you in the right direction with reconciling your accounts.
To troubleshoot this, you'd have to investigate on the reconciliation discrepancies on the account. Reconciliation discrepancies are caused by the following reasons:
- Previously reconciled transactions have been modified, deleted, or added
- Reconciliation adjustments (Journal entries, etc.)
Based on what you've described, did you have any duplicate transactions back in February? There's a possibility that the were duplicate transactions which is why they're now showing up as unreconciled. In the meantime, I encourage you to check out the helpful resources below:
