It's nice to see you in Community. Welcome! Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is a valuable time saver. When your credit card has been updated or renewed, you'll need to update the account information. This will ensure your transactions continue to download. To get started, you'll need to disconnect the previous account, then reconnect it with the new information. Don't worry, once you select Disconnect this account on save, your previous transactions will remain in your books. I will be happy to show you how!
Follow these steps to update your account;
1. From the left menu, open Transactions, then Bank transactions
2. Click on the blue tile for the account you want to update
3. Hit the Edit account info ✎
4. In the account window, scroll down and tap Disconnect this account on save
6. Click Save and close
