I love that you've upgraded from QuickBooks EasyStart to Essentials. I know you're going to benefit from the additional features that you have at your disposal. The Multicurrency feature is essential for many small businesses, so let me walk through the steps to turn it on so you can start invoicing your customers in different currencies.
To get started, you'll need to turn on the Multicurrency feature in your account settings. Let me show you how:
- Navigate to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
- Select the Advanced tab from the left.
- Locate the Currency section and hit the Edit pencil.
- Choose your Home Currency. This is where your business is located or where you'll be filing taxes and primarily doing business.
- Choose the Multicurrency checkbox and confirm that you understand this option can't be undone.
- Hit Save and close.
Once you've completed the steps above you'll be able to navigate to the Gear icon and choose Currencies to add the currencies that you'll be working with.
