QuickBooks Online (QBO) relies entirely on the data supplied by your bank, so getting those details is our first step.
To begin, may I know what is the name of your bank? Knowing this will help us check our connection status right away and ensure your data syncs smoothly into QuickBooks.
In the meantime, we can exclude the incorrect downloads and manually import the correct bank data into QBO. Here's how:
- Head to the Accounting tab, then Bank transactions.
- In the Link account dropdown, choose Upload from file.
