Being able to match your transactions with your bank feeds is one of the ways QuickBooks Online helps you save time when reconciling. I'd be happy to help you get your transactions matched.
When QuickBooks Online isn't working the way it was intended can usually be caused by an issue with the internet browser itself. I recommend clearing the cache and cookies of the browser that you're using. Once that's done close your internet browser and open QuickBooks in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode. If that doesn't work then try a different internet browser all together.
Should you continue to have issues I recommend contacting our support team using one of the following methods:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
