Is anyone having problems connecting a bank account at TCU Financial Group?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

I have been trying for years. I've messaged QuickBooks multiple times and I've contacted my bank. No one seems interested in figuring this out. I believe the TCU login addreses has changed and this is the reason why we can't login/add TCU to our quickbooks/link accounts.

To ensure a thorough resolution, I recommend contacting our Live Support team again to further check why you're unable to connect your bank account in QBO. They can also assist you in determining whether the TCU login address has changed.     

Here's how:     

1. Go to Help.
2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
4. Hit Continue.
5. Click the Chat or Callback option.
