Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is a great way to automatically update your transactions, so your accounts remain balanced. When there is a disconnect, it can be rather concerning and have a negative impact on your day. I would be happy to help!
If you haven't done so already, I suggest accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser/incognito. I also recommend clearing cache on your browser, to help improve system performance and web page loading times, or try another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
