When you connect your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online, there may be times when your bank isn't populating in the list. This can happen if your bank doesn't connect to all types of accounts, or they aren't a participating financial institution with QuickBooks. You can enter your bank's URL in the search field, or search by the issuing bank, located on the back of your card. If you're still unable to locate your bank, select Request, then enter the bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

I was unable to find Wealthsimple by searching the name / URL. I added the account provider name : Wealthsimple , and the sign in URL: wealthsimple.com , and pressed Request, but I have not heard back after one week.
What should I do in terms of next steps?

Hi there. It's good you've requested access for your bank. While there isn't a estimated time-frame for when the bank will be added to QuickBooks, I encourage you to manually upload your bank transactions in the meantime. I'm trying to do the same thing with my corporate account. Does QuickBooks link with Wealthsimple now?

I'm also trying to link my wealthsimple account with quickbooks.
On quickbooks Link to bank, I'm able to find Wealth Simple Trade >> log in with my user and pw >> have Wealthsimple send a vertification code >> Once i key in, quickbook shows this message "We can connect to Wealthsimple Trade but can’t find the right kind of accounts. Select an account at a different provider. (106)"
What should I do next?
Just to confirm, is the bank account type you're connecting in QuickBooks matching the bank? If so, are you getting the same error when you use a private/incognito browser window?
