You could try open in private window, clear cache and browsing history the reupdate. As a workaround, you could import it manually by downloaded the trnasaction from bank website. Based on what you've described, it sounds like you're referring to bank transactions. If this is the case, I encourage you to manually updating your transactions by clicking Banking > select the bank in question > hit Update. Doing this will help refresh your banking page. If you're still having issues, I recommend manually uploading your bank transactions. Here're an article which shows you how: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
