Not able to connect to my ICICI bank account. I am trying to connect my canada ICICI bank account from India, is that a problem?

Here's how to connect your bank:

1. Navigate to the Banking menu.
2. Click on Link account.
3. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks."
4. If you’re unable to find your bank, click on Request support for your bank.
5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

Thanks for taking time out to reply, but this is something I have tried already.

I can login to my netbanking but cannot connect the account in QBO.

My guess is, I have an account in ICICI bank in Canada and I am currently in India. So trying to connect Canadian ICICI account from India location. Would that cause a problem?

I am saying this, as when I search the account, it gives me the url https://www.icicibank.com/ whereby it should be https://www.icicibank.ca/. My credentials will never work for .com but surely works for .ca

Is it that QBO is detecting my current location and that's the reason I am not able to search bank with Canada url.

If this is the cause, how can I tackle this? Attaching the error screenshot if that helps.

Thanks for getting back to us here.  In addition to the valuable information provided above, icicibank.ca isn't in our list of supported banks.  Following the steps to request this to be added to the list of supported financial institutions is the best course of action at this time.  However, you can manually upload your transactions in the interim by following this helpful guide.
