RBC bank transaction on qb online doesnt updated fro 3rd of november.

I'll guide you to get your RBC bank transactions updated in QuickBooks Online so they are accurately reflected in your Bank Feeds, @northvancouver-homehardware.

 

To start, could you check if there are any error messages or notifications displayed in your bank feeds? This information will help us troubleshoot more effectively. Keep in mind that QuickBooks Online retrieves transactions from the last 90 days, so older transactions won’t sync automatically.

 

In the meantime, you can reach out to your bank to inquire about any updates or ongoing issues on their end that could be preventing transactions from updating and syncing with QuickBooks.

 

While fixing the issue with your bank connection in QuickBooks, you can manually upload your transactions into QuickBooks using a CSV file format. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Transactions menu, select Bank Transactions.
  2. On the Link account, click the drop-down button and select Upload from file.               image.png
  3. Select Browse or Drag and Drop to upload the file from your bank.
  4. Follow the prompts to map the file’s columns to QuickBooks fields, then click Continue.
  5. Select the transactions you want to import and confirm by clicking Yes.

 

On top of that, you can check the status of bank connections on our QBO bank feed status page if there are any known issues with certain banks they will be listed there.

RBC bank transaction on qb online doesnt updated fro 3rd of november.

Just noticed the same thing on my RBC accounts (including credit accounts). No errors and no requests for authentication, and Quickbooks goes through the motions of updating with checkmarks on all accounts.  However, no transactions are being pulled and the balances are not updating.

 

  • I reset the accounts (manage connections, etc...) and resynced - same thing
  • I deleted all cookies, logged out, logged back in - same thing
  • I don't see anything on the status page you posted re: RBC issues and nothing on the bank's website
  • I can manually download transactions and bring them into the accounts so that the accounts balance out, but the Bank balances as reported by QBO do not change.

 

Any other recommendations?
