QB makes it easy to delete transactions. I'll be happy to guide you on how to delete a payment in QuickBooks Online.
To do this, please follow these steps:
- Go to Sales tab and choose Customers.
- Click on the customer's name.
- On the Transaction List, open the payment you've processed.
- At the bottom part, click on More and select Delete.
- Hit Yes to confirm.
You can also check for the payment in the Audit Log if you can't find it in the Transaction List. Here's a link with more info about the Audit Log.
