Hi, It seems the import system missed one transfer from my bank account because I can't find it either in "For Review" or in "Reviewed" (Nor Excluded). What should I do ?

Hi there, 

 

QuickBooks Online can help you stay organized and save you time by allowing you to sync your bank account with the Bank Feed. The Bank Feed automatically updates your accounts nightly, and it'll pull in each of your transactions from your financial institution's website. 

 

If you're noticing that one of your transactions is missing, you need to perform a manual update. 

Here's how:

 

1. Click the Banking tab on the left navigation menu. 

2. Select Banking from the top menu bar. 

3. Click Update on the upper right-hand side of the page.

Thanks, but I already pressed this update button and it doesn't import the transaction. I have every other transaction (unless there are other missing transactions I didn't notice). I can see the transaction on my band website.
