Thanks for reaching out about your accounts. QuickBooks online is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales and expenses so you know the profitability of your business. I can provide some information about getting rid of duplicate accounts.
If one account has all the correct transactions, and you just want to delete the other, you can make it inactive by going to Accounting, then Chart of Accounts. Find the account you want to get rid of, then click on the arrow in the rightmost column to Make inactive.
If you want to fuse both accounts together (if you want to keep the transactions, for instance if both accounts represent the same account, but for different periods), you can follow the steps in this article.
