I see a few different financial institutions with 'IC' in the name when searching for banks to connect to in QuickBooks Online. With that being said, to help narrow the results down and check to see if your bank is a partnered institution, you can simply copy the bank website URL that you log into to view your accounts and statements, and paste it into the search bar you have when you choose 'Connect Your Bank'. Some banks will also have seperate URLs to log into depending on the account type you have with them. So there may be a few different ones that populate.
If when you search for the bank with the URL, and get 0 results for any reason, you'll see a 'Request?' hyper-link on the window to request that QuickBooks partner with this bank for online connections.
