Why does the "Start Reconciling" command not work?

I am trying to reconcile my account. I hit the "Start Reconciling" button, but nothing happens. It does not take me to the next screen.

Im happy to see that you were able to click on reconcile in a private browser. Sometimes browsing data accumulates and prevents the software from doing what it is supposed to do. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies on your main browser. This usually resolves browsing data issues.
