You'll want to make sure your client successfully uploaded all the receipts so you'll be able to access them, Weijiangcpa.

 

If you're an accountant and are using a QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) subscription, verify if you're logged in to the correct client's QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBOA account.
  2. Locate and select your client's QBO account.
  3. Check the uploaded receipts from the Bank transactions tab and click on Receipts.

 

On the other hand, if your client is the primary admin and you're added as a user, please ensure that you have enough permission to view the uploaded receipts.
