There are some factors that can cause the bank account to stop bringing in transactions. There might be bank updates that needs your attention.
Let's go ahead and click Refresh All on your bank accounts in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Bank accounts.
- Hit Refresh all two to three times.
You can also try logging in to your bank's website and look for a message, notification, or alert indicating that something isn't working as it should be.
