Hi there, Fred. The reason your Payroll isn't matching with each of the employees it's because of the incorrect filtering and transaction type settings. To fix this, we can go ahead and check your register and paychecks lists to see if you can see all the paychecks.
If you can't find it in the Register, it might be in the Employee payroll lists. We suggest contacting our live support team to ensure everything syncs correctly and matches properly.
If it appears in both the Register and the list, use the Find match feature to confirm it's accurately categorized for the transaction type.
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click on the (?) Help icon.
- Choose the Assistant tab if you need help from the QB assistant, or click the Search tab to enter your question and access Help articles.
- Click on the Contact Us button when it appears.
- Select your preferred method of connecting with them:
- Callback - to reserve your spot and get someone to call you back
- Chat - to start a conversation with an expert through chat
