I would like to be able to clear 50 or so checks at a time. It seems as though I should be able to click/shift click to select multiple checks to clear, but that doesn't seem to be an option. How can I clear multiple checks without clicking each one individually?

QuickBooks gives you the flexibility to accurately reconcile your transactions so you can have a $0 difference at the end of your reconciliation. To answer your question,you'd have to go through each individual transaction to make sure the cheques show the Cleared status.
