Good to hear Lourdes! Let me know if you have any more problems with it.
Hi Sara,
I hope everyone at Intuit is safe and well during this holiday season! I was wanting to share my Operation Christmas in the Off Topic Discussion room so the community can see what one of their Champions was up too this holiday season - Operation Christmas Miracle, but I am receiving the following error message and was unable to post. I have uploaded the error message so you can see what I am seeing.
Thank you so much I appreciate any input.
Kindest Regards,
Lourdes Fernandez
Hi @Lourdes-Fernandez ! Thanks so much for thinking to put that there - I'm looking forward to it and think it's a great idea!
After looking at your screenshot, I think I know what the issue is. It's annoying, but even in the Off-Topic area you have to select a product by clicking on at least one, as in the screenshot below:
Since your post isn't related to a specific product you can make it applicable to all of them by clicking on each one in turn. That way it shows up for everyone, regardless of which product "version" of the Community they're browsing.
Hope that makes sense please let me know if you run into any issues or have any questions!
Hello Intuit!
I hope everyone had a great holiday break! I had an idea for a better migration process that I would like to share in regards to lists from Desktop to Online. Rather than working with Excel CSV sheets and having to make adjustments for import into QuickBooks Online.
In the case that QBO customers want to start fresh in QBO and not migrate the entire company file, it would nice to have the option to connect the following lists only automatically with the same migration process done through the Desktop product.
To have some sort of checklist during the migration process to connect automatically with the sections above.
I hope that makes sense :D Have a great start to your week Intuit Team!
Kindest Regards,
Lourdes Fernandez
Hi @Lourdes-Fernandez! Hope you had a great holiday as well :)
Thanks for your great suggestion - we're always looking for ways to make this process easier for our customers and it's true that some might not need the entire company file. I'll forward it to the team that collects feedback.
