Hello, Lori. QuickBooks Workforce is the employee self-service portal where employees view pay stubs, W-2s, and manage their own information. Employees are not automatically connected, the employer must send an invite from the employee profile in QBO Payroll.
If you get notifications to view pay stubs, that means they were submitted successfully. If you already sent an invitation and the employee made an account, they can see the pay stubs automatically. However, if you haven’t sent an invitation yet, they won’t be able to see them.
