If you haven't done so already, I suggest uninstalling, then reinstalling the app, to see if you get the same result. Should you experience the same outcome, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. They will be able to work with you personally and review the issue in more depth, so they can escalate it for further investigation with our Development Team.
