It may be browsing data on your system that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Here are some steps to resolve issues that are caused by browsing data:
If you're still unable to connect your account, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to better assist you. They also have the necessary tools to create a ticket to get the issue resolved if they see fit. You can reach them by following one of these methods:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Canadian Western Bank switched us over to cwb.digital at the beginning of March and we still can't connect. Neither CWB or QB support has been able to give a timeline for when we can expect this to be resolved and just tell us to upload transactions manually. It's pretty frustrating and inconvenient to be honest...

Thanks for joining us here. Canadian Western Bank has recently made some changes, including the URL. I recommend copying the URL and then paste it into QuickBooks Online, to link your account. Please contact us if the issue persists. We'd be happy to work with you directly and escalate this for further investigation with our Development Team.
