Once a direct deposit has been submitted, it cannot be deleted, Matt. If the direct deposit date for payroll is incorrect and the checks have already been processed, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team.

- Navigate to the Help panel tab.
- Select the Contact Us section.
- In the What can we help you with, enter your concern such as deleting the submitted direct dep then Select Continue.
- Scroll down, and you can choose a chat or Callback.
