Thanks for the reply. I was able to chat with online help this afternoon. They told me that this is a known bug. He was able to help me with a temporary workaround, and the issue is being investigated. I'm up and running now.

If you're able to input the hours that your employees have worked, that means it's a browser issue. I'd suggest you go back to the main browser and clear cache. Then, restart your browser for the changes to take effect.
If this is still an issue, try using another browser such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.
