Sometimes, a browser-related issue causes the program to stop working. We can check it by performing the troubleshooting steps below:
- Open an incognito or private browser. Then, log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Run Payroll page, and try to process the payroll.
- If it's successful, let's go back to the main browser and clear the cache.
Also, try to open your account in a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. We do this to check if the issue only occurs to a specific browser.
