Hi, @Iryna Khrystych. Welcome to the Community.


If you have already uploaded your documents for FINTRAC verification in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you are on the right track. After your submission, a confirmation window should appear, indicating that it was successful. In some cases we may contact you at the email address in your profile to verify or request additional documentation.

Once your business is confirmed as compliant, a one-time email will be sent to the primary admin email address linked to your QBO account. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it was filtered.

If you don't hear from us within 7-10 business days, there's no further action is needed from you. In that case, it means your business information has been verified and meets FINTRAC's requirements.
