Thank you for joining us in the QuickBooks Community with your question. QuickBooks Online has a robust customer module that includes your customer's information and transaction history. You can find a balance for your customers account in several ways. I'm going to share the different options.
To find the balance a customer owes you, within the module, follow these easy steps:
- Go to Sales/Invoicing from the left navigation menu.
- Select the Customer tab.
- Choose the customer. You'll see the balance owing at the top of the page, and the list of invoices, and payments in the lower portion.
