QuickBooks Online Payroll provides the option to delete the most recent paycheques, when you see necessary. When paying your staff with direct deposit, you won't see the option to delete a paycheque if payroll has been processed. However, if the paycheques are listed as pending, you should be able to delete them, then proceed to run payroll again.
Follow these steps to delete the current paycheques;
1. Go to Payroll and select Employees
2. Under the Run payroll button, select Paycheque list
3. Select Delete for each cheque to remove
4. When prompted to confirm the action, select Yes or No.
