Direct deposit pending

I registered for QuickBooks online payroll Canada. Everything was good until bank account was verified. Once verification was complete i went to run payroll but employees payment method is shown as Paper Cheque. When i went change to Direct Deposit. The option is not highlighted

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool that allows you to pay your employees the correct amount of hours worked. In order to better assist you, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Payroll support team as this contains sensitive and personal information. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen. They also have the appropriate tools to create a ticket to get this resolved if they feel it is the best course of action. You can reach them by following one of these methods: 


Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
