When you run payroll, all employees associated to the selected pay schedule will be marked automatically.

Make sure you enter hours or amounts for the selected employees. Otherwise, you'll receive the error after clicking the Preview payroll button.

If you don't want to include the employee(s) to the payroll process, make sure you remove the check mark beside their name(s).

If you encounter the same error after entering the necessary payroll details, we can do a few troubleshooting steps.

Though a browser uses cache to speed up background processes, it can also cause program or website issues when piled up.

Here's how to get rid of that possibility:

1. Use a private browser and process payroll again. Private browser uses cache but won't store it.
2. If you can run payroll successfully, we can clear the cache storage of your regular browser.
3. You can also use other supported browser as alternative. Each browser stores different sets of cache.
