Hello, I just subscribed for 5 dollars for 3 months, but got charged 20 pluse dollars, why is that?

QuickBooks Online Payroll is $20 per month + $4 per employee on a monthly basis. I suggest taking a look at your billing and subscription section of your account to confirm this is the reason for the unexpected amount applied to your payment method. Here's how:
1. In the top right of your QuickBooks dashboard, open Settings ⚙ 2. Choose Account and settings
3. Select Billing and subscription from the left menu
