how can I transfer the time schedule to payroll

You'll need to approve your employees' schedule to transfer their time to your QuickBooks Online Payroll account.

First, you'll need approve your employees' time through QBTime and export them to your QBO Payroll:

1. On your QB Time account, head to Approvals.
2. Run the Approvals report and go to Unapproved tab.
3. Approve any pending time schedule then click Export Approved Time.

You can also track and manage your team members' timesheets directly in your QBO Payroll. Here's how:

1. On the left menu of your QBO home page, select Time.
2. Head to Time entries tab.
3. If Display by is set to Date, select Approvals. Or, set Display by to Customer and select Approvals.
4. Select the Date range, then in the Status dropdown, select Unapproved.
5. To review timesheets, select the team member’s name you want to review.
6. Ensure all the info is correct, then click Approve.

If you want your team to track their own time, they can track their time in QuickBooks Workforce.
