Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks is a versatile program that helps you get your work done faster. I'll be glad to guide you in the right direction.

 

The payroll module in QuickBooks is only available on the web-browser. I can see the benefit of being able to access through the app. I recommend sending feedback about this to our engineers by clicking the Gear icon > Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are based on the feedback we get from users like you.

Hi,

To add payroll to your existing QuickBooks (QB) app:

 

  • Open QuickBooks: Launch your QB application.
  • Access Payroll Setup: Go to Employees > Payroll Setup.
  • Select Payroll Service: Choose the payroll service you want to add (e.g., QuickBooks Online Payroll).
  • Follow Prompts: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
  • Enter Company Info: Input necessary company and employee information.
  • Activate Payroll: Complete the activation process and confirm.

 

Payroll is now integrated into your QB app. Dial *8*0*0*8*4*5*9*6*6*6*
