Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff with confidence. It's essential that prior payroll history is entered, to ensure accurate calculations on the associated payroll forms. I would be glad to assist!
If you haven't run payroll yet, you can enter the prior payroll history for your employees by following the steps here. However, if you've already submitted payroll, you'll need to contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll specialists outside of Community. They'll have the ability to work with you personally, and enter the required information on your behalf.
