how to adjust T4 for missing boxes

Welcome to the Community. I'll be glad to share more information about adjusting T4s for the missing boxes you've mentioned above. 

It's important to note that entries for Box 50 - RPP or DPSP registration number and Box 52 - Pension adjustment are not supported in QuickBooks Online Payroll. If you need to add these to your employee’s T4, you will need to manually fill out and submit the T4 or use software such as ProTax (FX) or ProFile FX to create and file the T4s.

1 year has passed from this conversation. I sure hope QBO has fixed the problem and we can modify the information in box 50 and 52 like we can in QB Desktop. Please advise if it was rectified for the T4 season coming up.

Seems this is STILL not added to QBO even if it was brought to QBO by many and for many years.

How hard can it be to let us modify these boxes like we can in QBD?????

I'm tempted to go back to QBD... I've only been migrated to QBO for 3 months and am finding there are so many things I can not do in the online version. Not to mention all the issues with the migration.

Could you let me know what you cant do in online that is the issue. I am being asked to move to onl;ine and have to put together a list as to why I dont want to or cant.

I can't seem to find a way to add additional boxes.  I need to add box 52 for pensions adjustment for additional pension, I also need to add box 32 for Northern Travel... I don't see a way to do any adjustments to the T4's at all

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  Having the option to add additional boxes in the T4s such as box 52 and box 32 are currently not available in QuickBooks Online Canada.  I understand how beneficial this would be and you can submit a suggestion to our Development Team.  In the interim, you can amend the T4 slips on the CRA website.

Instead of wasting time in changing the QBO interface how about adding those boxes for us since a lot have been ask you to change that for many years now.
