Updating an employee's Profile tab in QuickBooks doesn't automatically update their QuickBooks Workforce account. You'll need to contact our chat support team to change the email address for an employee who has already accepted their invite. To update permissions, the steps depend on which area of QuickBooks Workforce you're adjusting. You can find specific instructions for GPS setup and permissions or Who's working permissions here: Change QuickBooks Workforce settings and permissions.
Once these updates are finished, your employee can log in to view their pay stubs and T4s without any issues.
