Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Thanks for reaching out to us here. Having the correct information on the employees T4 is important. I would be happy to provide some information.
Once the T4 has been sent to Workforce, there isn't a way to resend it since it is already in the system. However, you're able to click on View or Archive to view the T4 and select to download it to your computer, giving you the ability to email the T4 as an attachment to your employee.
