Someone please help me! I'm losing my mind dealing with incoherent support staff. I've been promised a call back by a supervisor twice now and guess what? NO CALL AGAIN.
I need to access my PD7A forms. Constantly says that I need to setup my quickbooks payroll, when I click go to setup - it takes me right back to the original page. See images below. I'm BEGGING for someone to please help me ffs. I've been dealing with this for over 3 weeks now
Okay, it is not clear in your message that payroll in QuickBooks has been set up - so are you using that function in QBO? If you are not using the payroll system, you do not have access to PD7A forms.
Also, what does Incognito have to do with your PD7A forms?
I had to open a brand new account and everything works fine now. Im on my last days of this account until it's cancelled. Yes I had payroll setup but it wasn't working. Incognito was one of the troubleshooting methods from QB customer service. If you ever had to deal with them you would know how dense they are.
