I need help with setting up direct deposit. i am unable to try and verify some documents or put in new documents cause i believe i was too late and its disabled

i have a email that takes me to my "case" but when i go there it says the case is solved but its not. and there is nothing else i can click on or change

Since you're unable to click or make changes to your direct deposit setup, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Live Support team. They will be able to assist you in reopening your case and reviewing your account setup.

 

Here are the steps to contact Live Support and request assistance:

 

  1. Select the Help icon (?) in the top-right corner of your QuickBooks Online.
  2. Type direct deposit disabled in the search bar.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Choose the option to Request a Callback.
