I need to change the reporting period for my pay cheque how do I do this and also change my pay cheque information

Based on what you've shared above, you'd need to enter the edit the cheques using a Pay Edits template. This template can be sent to you by reaching out to our support team outside of the Community. Here's how: 

 

  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
  • Social MediaFacebookTwitter, and Instagram.
