They were my first contact via phone call and it was them who said I had to ask the community.
I see, I recommend verifying with other users who have access to your QuickBooks account, to see if they've sent an invitation. Also, I suggest asking your employee if they have accepted any invitations. Feel free to send us a DM so we can work directly with you.
