The first set of steps I recommend doing are to make sure that there is nothing interfering with the QuickBooks Online cloud. Cache, app, and Internet issues can have an impact on the program's performance and cause strange circumstances like you're seeing. If you haven't tried any of the following steps yet, please give them a shot now.
If those don't do the trick, the next step is to connect with support outside of the QuickBooks Community.
