Missing Payments

Our US branch employee moved to Canada and he did not setup the bank account from few months because of his personal issues. He created the bank account now and can we run his payroll from March 2023?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Payroll is a great way to pay your staff with confidence.  It's important that they're paid as scheduled, to ensure accurate calculations on the associated payroll forms.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

If your employee was already active in the payroll set up prior to moving, you'll be able to create and run payroll and backdate their pay.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
