With regards to the sudden suspension of your direct deposit facility for payroll, the best thing to do is get in touch with our Live Payroll Support team. They’ll check your account, identify the issue, and explain the reason for the suspension.
Here's how:
- Select Help (?) icon at the top.
- Proceed to the Search tab to activate the Contact Us button.
- Click on Contact Us.
- Type your concern in box and hit Continue.
- You can start a chat with the expert or request a callback.

- Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET
