Hello there, Dominique. The issue of employees unable to see their t4s in workforce is related to their access to workforce or if the T4s are successfully generated and published to them.
Here's how to check:
- Hover your mouse over My apps, then Payroll and choose Employees.
- Ensure that the employee Status shows as Active. It should not be Invited or Sending.
- Check if the T4s are available in your view as the employer under the year-end forms.
